Digital Women Membership – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Digital Women Membership website operated by Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14653448 with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership

• Membership benefits include access to video content, masterclasses, exclusive resources, speaking opportunities, directory listings, and other specified services.
• Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women) reserves the right to alter membership benefits at its discretion.

Payment and Pricing

• Membership payments are processed via Stripe or Kajabi. The initial payment can be made using a credit card, debit card, or Google Pay.
• Members taking advantage of the trial offer (£82.50 for the first year) will have their membership automatically renew at the standard rate of £330 per year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits access to the membership services.
• Membership fees must be paid in full, and partial payments are not accepted.

Refund Policy

• Membership fees, once paid and processed, are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women).

Cancellation

• Members on the £82.50 trial offer or annual plan are entering a 12-month contract. Cancellation can only take place at the end of the 12-month period.
• After the first year, memberships will automatically renew at the standard rate of £330 per year. Members can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
• Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including cancellations, through their account dashboard.

Limitations of Liability

• The content on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy.
• We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

• These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

• We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes.
