Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m Danni Osborne, founder of DO Digital Marketing, an award-winning agency specialising in helping luxury and designer fashion brands grow online through data-driven strategy and beautiful marketing campaigns.
What does winning this award mean to you?
It’s such a proud moment. Running an agency can be a rollercoaster, and this recognition feels like validation that the work we do. It’s a reminder that small, female-led agencies can make a big impact.
What career achievement are you most proud of?
Building an agency from scratch that now works with some of the most respected names in luxury fashion. We’ve helped brands like Suzannah London, Emmy London and &daughter, reach new audiences, scale internationally, and grow their e-commerce revenue year after year. Doing that with a small, passionate team and no outside investment feels like a huge achievement.
What impact have you seen from your work?
Our work has helped clients grow their online revenue, expand into new markets, and develop a deeper understanding of their data. But the biggest impact is seeing creative founders feel more confident in their business decisions knowing exactly what’s working and where to focus next.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve had to learn, and how did you grow from it?
That growth doesn’t always mean getting bigger. I used to think success was about headcount, but I’ve learnt that profitability, happiness, and balance matter more. Running a lean, high-performing agency allows us to deliver better work and have lives outside of it too.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
Before moving into digital marketing, I studied fashion design and created my own eight-piece collection, and I also learnt to code. That mix of creativity and technical knowledge shapes how I approach marketing today, always thinking visually and emotionally, not just analytically.
What advice would you give to the next wave of Digital Women?
Be brave enough to back yourself. You don’t need to wait for permission or have everything figured out. Keep learning, stay curious, and surround yourself with people who lift you up. Consistency and curiosity will take you further than confidence alone.
