  • One membership = one person. Do not share your login.

  • We may refuse or cancel a membership where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

4. Plans, Pricing, Billing & Auto‑Renewal

We offer three plan types. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. VAT invoices will show a breakdown of net + VAT.

A. Annual Commitment, Pay Monthly
£30 per month (incl. VAT), that’s £25 net + £5 VAT each month; total over 12 months £360 incl. VAT.
Minimum term: 12 months. You can turn off auto‑renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the 12‑month term.
Refunds: Outside your statutory cooling‑off rights (see Section 5), payments are non‑refundable and the minimum‑term payments remain payable if you cancel early.

B. Annual Prepay

Minimum term: 12 months. You can turn off auto‑renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid year.
Refunds: Outside your statutory cooling‑off rights (see Section 5), the fee is non‑refundable.

C. Monthly Flex (Cancel Anytime)

Rolling monthly subscription: charged at the current monthly price shown at checkout (incl. VAT).
Cancel anytime: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing month.
Refunds: Outside your statutory cooling‑off rights (see Section 5), monthly charges and the Joining Fee are non‑refundable.

For all plans
Auto‑renewal: Plans renew automatically unless you cancel. We will send renewal reminders in line with UK law.
Payment processing: We use secure third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe). If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access until payment is made.
Price changes: We may change prices for future terms; we will give prior notice, and changes take effect on renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal date.

5. Cooling‑Off, Cancellations & Refunds

Your cooling‑off rights
• When you buy online, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day after sign‑up. If you asked us to start your membership immediately, you can still cancel within 14 days; we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period used (which may include a fair portion of any Joining Fee).
• After an automatic renewal into a new billing period, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund of the renewal fee less a proportionate amount for any use.

How to cancel
• Cancel in your account dashboard (Account → Subscription → Cancel) or email [email protected] with a clear request: “Please cancel my membership.”
• When you cancel outside a cooling‑off period, access continues until the end of the current paid period and payments already made are not refunded.

Plan‑specific effects of cancellation
Annual Commitment — Pay Monthly: Turning off auto‑renewal stops your membership from renewing after month 12. If you cancel during the minimum term outside your cooling‑off rights, you remain responsible for the remaining monthly payments through to the end of the 12‑month term.
Annual Prepay: Turning off auto‑renewal stops renewal at the end of the paid year. Outside cooling‑off rights, the upfront fee is non‑refundable.
Monthly Flex: You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing month. Outside cooling‑off rights, the monthly charge and Joining Fee are non‑refundable.

6. What You Get (Access & Changes)

Your plan may include access to:

  • Members‑only content, templates and resources;

  • Community spaces and discussion forums;

  • Live and on‑demand workshops, events and webinars;

  • Partner offers or discounts.

We may update, add, or retire features or content to keep the programme current. If we make a material, negative change to your plan during a paid‑up period, we’ll let you know and you may cancel before renewal.

7. Events & Ticketed Activities

  • Some events are included in your plan; others may require an additional ticket.

  • Event details (dates, venues, capacity, age/ID requirements, accessibility, house rules, and any additional cancellation terms) will be shown at booking.

  • We may photograph and film events (see Section 10). Please tell us at check‑in if you prefer not to be photographed in close‑ups.

8. Community Standards (Code of Conduct)

We are a professional, inclusive community. You agree not to post or engage in content or behaviour that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or that violates others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches.

9. Intellectual Property & Licence

  • All member content (including recordings, templates and downloads) is owned by us or our partners and protected by IP laws.

  • We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to access and use member content for your own learning and internal business use. No commercial redistribution, resale, or public sharing.

  • Do not copy, record, scrape, or otherwise reproduce content except as permitted by law or by prior written consent.

10. Your Contributions, Recordings & Photography

  • If you upload, post or share materials ("UGC"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display and share that UGC within the membership and our channels, to operate and promote the community. You can delete your UGC at any time; residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.

  • Workshops & events may be recorded for members who cannot attend live. By attending, you consent to being recorded incidentally (e.g., your name, voice or image may appear). If you do not wish to be recorded, please keep camera/mic off and use chat under a screen name, or attend on‑demand.

  • For in‑person events, we often have photographers/videographers. We will avoid close‑ups where you have told us you prefer not to be featured. You may request removal of images that identify you where reasonably practicable.

11. Acceptable Use & Platform Rules

You must comply with any additional terms of the platforms we use (e.g., [Kajabi/Circle/Slack/Zoom]). Do not introduce malware, attempt to breach security, or misuse our systems.

12. Promotions & Trials

  • Promotional or trial offers run for the stated term. At the end of a trial or introductory price, the plan converts to the standard price and renews automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

  • Some offers may have extra terms which will be presented at checkout.

13. Pausing & Suspensions

We may introduce a pause feature for Monthly plans. During a pause, billing and access may be limited. We may suspend access for non‑payment or suspected misuse.

14. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Our content is for education and general information. We do not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

  • Otherwise, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business or data; (c) events outside our reasonable control.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes and the updated terms will apply from your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

16. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please contact [email protected]. We aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may have rights to seek alternative dispute resolution or take the matter to court (see Section 18).

17. Transfer

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation; we will notify you if this happens. You may not transfer your membership without our consent.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, but you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence if outside England and Wales.
